Position: Administrative Assistant  

Location: Brick, NJ 

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-4:30 PM 

Pay-rate: $15.00/hour 

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: 

  • Covering for employee on maternity leave 
  • Oversee staff in office 
  • Oversee accounting and enter invoices in system 
  • Open work orders and assist with ordering appliances
  • Review and approve time cards

Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:

  • Reliable and professional leadership experience 
  • Strong administrative assistance experience 
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills 
  • Knowledgeable of clerical practices and procedures 
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Time management 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
