Best Property Maintenance Services is search of a highly skilled bookkeeper with CSR experience.
This position takes full responsibility for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office and provides support to the owner.
Must be highly organized and motivated to keeping the office running like a well oiled machine. Also required is the ability to provide customer service by making sure every customer is satisfied.

Position responsibilities include:
Candidates need to be computer savvy; we want this position to troubleshoot and be the first line of defense for any issues that arise. This position requires the need to control your schedule to ensure that work is completed as promised, while solving problems as they arise in a timely fashion. Successful candidates will be capable of learning quickly and adapting with an emphasis on long term planning and short term reprioritizing. This is a hands on position. We are not looking for someone to give orders all day from an office we are looking for someone to take charge and do whatever is Necessary to see Best Property Maintenance services truly gives the BEST customer service
�Responsible for AP AR, Daily banking, bank reconciliations, and General Ledger duties
�Perform inquiries, data entry, and generate reports
�Identify, audit and correct data within Quick Books on-line and other systems
� Reconcile all accounts and go over weekly with The owner balance sheet, P&L and aging vendor report
�Answer and follow up with Credit Card charge backs
�Actively participate in interdepartmental meetings to identify procedural problems and determine solutions.
�Train and mentor office employees and handle any employee, schedule, and escalated client issues as they develop.
�Other duties and projects as assigned
