- Concrete finishing
- Oversee crew of 3-6 people
- Work with concrete finishing equipment
- Work with clients to address all concerns on projects
- 4+ years of experience with concrete finishing
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Past experience leading a team
- Attend training and continuous education courses as needed
