Structural does a variety of concrete repair projects throughout the US. The Elgin office covers 16 states (mainly US based). Concrete repair replaces defective, damaged, or deteriorated concrete; restores structural function; protects the surface or underlying concrete from aggressive environments; and restores any lost performance requirements.
Concrete repair problems are diverse in nature. Each condition requires a clear understanding of what is expected of the repair including appearance, protection needs, and load carrying requirements.
These are rehab projects to help fix the structure. This project is very hands on they are chipping/breaking, framing, pouring concrete.
Basic Job Description:
-field technician working in construction setting
-chip concrete; chipping or breaking concrete often is the first step in a demolition or repair project.
-use power tool to break down existing concrete structures
-cleaning debris from site
-setting up framing
-performing stress test on exsisting concrete fixtures
-inject epoxy/urethane to seal cracks
Each candidate could be doing something different. One day could be all pouring concrete the next day could be doing stress test, etc. Candidates need to be open to helping out where needed and learning new skills.

candidates will NOT BE climbing, connecting, disconnecting, moving, or erecting any aspect of the scaffolding
