Position: Office Manager 

Location: Brick, NJ 

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-4:00 PM 

Pay-rate: $15.00/hour 

Duration: Temporary; 3 months 

Office Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Manage staff of 9 Representatives
  • Oversee accounting, Accounts Payable (submit bills) and Accounts Receivable
  • Order appliances
  • Review and approve time cards

Office Manager Job Requirements:

  • Previous office management experience is a must 
  • Reliable and professional leadership experience 
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills 
  • Knowledgeable of clerical practices and procedures 
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Time management 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
